Your Mission: Founding Partner Success Manager

As Ribbon’s inaugural Partner Success Manager, you’re more than an employee – you’re a pioneer. This isn’t just a job; it’s a calling to transform our SaaS platform and elevate our partners’ experiences, especially at the executive level. You’ll be the architect of unparalleled customer journeys, a champion of growth, and a visionary in customer-centric strategies.

Key Missions:

  • Growth Catalyst: Forge deeper relationships and uncover new opportunities within our client network.
  • Strategy Architect: Craft and implement strategies that ensure seamless, memorable customer journeys.
  • Customer Champion: Develop customized plans focusing on ROI, retention, and expansion.
  • Empowerment Leader: Lead training sessions, QBRs, and drive proactive product adoption.
  • Collaborative Visionary: Innovate across functions to enhance the overall customer experience.

Your Arsenal:

  • Expertise in business and sales, especially at CXO-level engagement.
  • Strategic mindset with a talent for creating compelling value propositions.
  • Experienced in professional services, customer success, or channel-partner sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Hubspot CRM knowledge is a valuable plus.


  • Minimum 3 years (ideally 5+) in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting with a focus on customer relationships.
  • OR 5 years (ideally 7+) in SaaS Sales with full lifecycle client engagement.
